Silver Salt Mill - Capstan Ebony and Sterling Silver Salt Mill

The capstan shape of this silver salt mill dates from the 1600s, as does the use of ebony. A combination of special mechanism and gold plated parts allows it to grind salt with no fear of corrosion.

Hand made hallmarked sterling silver top and base, a discrete enamel spot on the knob allow you to recognize it from it's partner ebony and silver pepper mill. Part of our 'Classic' collection.
